Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 2026

At Noon Gun Bicycle Tours, we understand that plans can change. The following policy applies to cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for tour bookings.

1. Customer Cancellations

Customers may cancel their booking and receive a full refund provided that cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled tour.

For tours departing at 10:00 AM, cancellation must therefore be received before 10:00 PM on the previous day.

Cancellations received less than 12 hours before the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund.

2. No-Shows

Customers who do not arrive for their scheduled tour and have not cancelled within the required cancellation period will be regarded as a no-show.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

3. Rescheduling

Customers may request to move their booking to another available tour date or time, provided the request is made at least 12 hours before the original scheduled tour.

All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

4. Cancellations by Noon Gun Bicycle Tours

In the event that Noon Gun Bicycle Tours needs to cancel a tour, including due to weather conditions, safety concerns or other circumstances that prevent the tour from operating, customers will be offered the choice of:

  • Rescheduling the booking to another available tour date or time.
